It was very impressive to see the ambition to improve processes and to start joint projects of both members of the NorEngros head office but also the representatives of different branches of the most successful INPACS member measured by turnover per capital.
As promising areas for more collaboration the meeting participants jointly identified a strengthened concentration on the strategic and preferred INPACS partners, increased use of the INPACS private labels like Clean & Clever, Bluematic, HydroVital and Kolibri and additionally a closer look into common import possibilities.
Thanks to the close and long-lasting relationship with IGEFA, INPACS is also able to provide the possibility of purchasing more than 15.000 sku’s through the INPACS e-shop and German warehouses. A special thanks goes to Mr. Stefan Besler, head of logistic of IGEFA who provided a valuable insight into the development and organisation of a central warehouse.
INPACS and NorEngros decided to hold another meeting during 2014 to explore opportunities in the area of sales in order to focus on the biggest strength of the sales driven INPACS organisation.
