Visit of Vario Clean at INPACS head office

With the Know-How transfer between igefa and Vario Clean being the central aspect of the visit, the Greek INPACS colleagues enjoyed an informative tour through the Berlin branch of igefa, Hildebrandt & Bartsch. The organizational structure as well as the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system were surveyed and discussed intensely.

The impressive ambition to improve processes at Vario Clean gave way to a number of interesting projects for the future. The participants explored the multitude of synergies in the area of marketing and additionally initial talks regarding the advantages of the ERP system were commenced.

The visit of Vario Clean together with their four key distribution partners will further strengthen the continuous growth and expand the presence of INPACS in Greece giving a new momentum to the cooperation.

Special mention has to go to Mrs. Del Pino who guided our guests though the various departments, giving rare and personal insights into the processes and the ERP system, as developed and utilized by the igefa. Additionally INPACS thanks the entire Hildebrandt & Bartsch staff who provided valuable information regarding the organizational processes.
