IGEFA's first sales forum held in Europa-Park Rust, Germany.

Using the headline “Shaping the future together”, igefa organised its first sales forum between 13th and 16th of April 2015. At the biggest igefa event ever held, the 25 strategically most important suppliers were given the opportunity to present their product highlights and innovations, as well as supplier solutions and company strategies.

“It is our aim, to improve the network between our Sales and our industry partners in order to – share important and relevant information – strengthen our selling power.” For this purpose, besides having a large exhibition area in the Europapark Dome, more than 200 meetings, lasting 45 min, had been organized in which all industry partners had the chance to present up to 8 topics. Based on the presentation content, the event organizer led 20 to 40 people into the numerous meeting rooms. These were located in the convention area, the Park and in the hotel area. “The logistical effort was extremely high for the organization team as well as the Park authorities and our aiding staff and service providers. However, thanks to the high level of discipline of our industry partners, all other participants and employees, we were able to successfully overcome the challenge.”

During the evening events the new igefa slogan “Certainly well supplied” together with our new vision “We supply the people. For a clean and safe environment” was firstly presented.

In celebration of igefa’s 40th anniversary the presentation by Adolf Kruse and the TV-hostess Ulrike von der Groeben made it a glamourous gala night.

850 guests, of which 200 persons from the Industry sector, 450 field sales employees from igefa, 150 back office employees and executives from various fields of business and 50 employees of INPACS as well as guests from 11 INPACS countries gave many thanks after these very informative and intensive days at a fantastic and unique location – the Europa Park in Rust.
