Name change of Nyblomgruppen into PacsOn

In May 2016 our Swedish member Nyblomgruppen announced their group name change to PacsOn with immediate effect. It is now planned that all changes to the group’s wholly owned companies will be completed by the middle of September.

In 2002 Nyblomgruppen acquired a company with the name Pacson and until 2011 Nyblomgruppen manufactured plastic tubes and bags in this business. The Pacson business was originally founded back in 1941 and Nyblomgruppen have now revived the name with a twist by rebranding Nyblomgruppen into the more international corporate name and image of PacsOn.

For now all legal documents (invoices, credit notes etc.) will still have to be in their former name Nyblomgruppen until further notice is issued from the group.
