Norengros is proud to share that their member Johs Olsen AS acquired Wittussen & Jensen Business Partner

Wittussen & Jensen is a 125 years old family-owned company based in Oslo, with a turnover of 40 million Euro in 2021, mostly within office supplies, HoReCa and industrial packaging.

The two companies together gain a good market position in central eastern Norway, and this forms a good basis for further growth. The transaction is expected to be closed in September after the Norwegian Competition Authority has completed its investigation. W&J Business Partner will continue as a separate company for an indefinite period of time.

Norengros with its 14 members remains the largest and the only Norwegian-owned business in their market.
